Rinkt Portal is your central command centre for automation. Once workflows are published from Studio, the Portal puts you in complete, real-time control of every robot, job, project, and schedule across your organisation — accessible from any device, anywhere.
From a single dashboard you can see a live summary of all robots, running and completed jobs, project statuses, and licence usage. Scheduling is flexible and powerful, with preset options ranging from one-time runs to complex recurring patterns using Cron expressions.
The Portal also supports shared variables across workflows, enabling credential management and cross-workflow data sharing without ever touching the underlying automation logic.
